I am holding this info for a long time. But here is ONE of the 3 best I would like to mention :

Graham Plowman is the best mockup composer among many ones I considered. I am not speaking about COMPOSITION. I am speaking about quality of mockup and how this can be held as a reference recording. This sound is big, natural, flawless in the cinematic genre. For faster examples check his pieces in John Williams style. He is insane to achieve this using Ableton Live….
Compositionally he is also very good: he managed to grasp what is in anyones expectation for this genre, creating a music that is at the same time kitchy, but in highly sophisticated and not that much predictible, still while being a competent discret underscore music. The lenght and quantity of his output shows a consistent and substantial mastery of compositional techniques for this type of music. Exceptional is how the musical parts flow into each others, not only the melodies but the instruments: the orchestra itself looks like a big monster that is like a bubble you canโt grasp with the hands.
Hearing his music a lot will give a great sense of a professional cinematic mockup. If you canโt go with Cthullhu kitchy for too long, it is your problem ; )
Later I come with composers who are good in faster music, and an even harder genre: the natural concert mockup.
